Franco Arno is a blind man who lives with his granddaughter and he earns a living creating crossword puzzles. One evening, passing through street hears the strange conversation between two men sitting in a car parked in front of an institute where genetic experiments are practiced. That same night, someone bursts in and kills a guard in the institute. Arno decides to investigate with the help of reporter Carlo Giordani ... Dario Argento is just really fond of this movie, and he has a point.
