nn The flavor of the pasta can be traded for anything. Even the Belgian beers or grass olandase ... is that Italian taste that makes it unique.
I returned last night from my trip to Belgium and Holland. Gaetani and Punes have welcomed me with open arms and pasta with zucchini and tomatoes on the table .. what a show!
The trip went very well, especially Belgium, which has become my favorite country of law.
